Over 100 colleagues from across the affordable housing sector attended our annual networking event, kindly hosted by Harbour House in Bristol and jointly sponsored by CJH Land and Tremain Powell partnership.
The attendees included representatives from over 40 different Developers, Registered Providers and Agents and was a great opportunity to facilitate discussions and opportunities for joint working. It was a great event, and much fun was had by all. We look forward to December 2024!

Well done to Gloucester City Homes who have secured 40 additional affordable housing units from Crest Nicholson South West at Hunts Grove. Both Stroud District Council and Homes England have funded the units which are well under construction.
LMA were delighted to support our colleague Thea Gregory, Senior Land Manager at Barratt Homes when she asked if we would donate to Penny Brohn Cancer Care’s Long Table Lunch Charity Event. It gave us the opportunity to offer a stay at our favourite hotel in Malmesbury, The Old Bell. Sounds as if was a wonderful event…
Bristol City Council Mayor, Marvin Rees, attends the opening of 14 homes on Whitehall Road, Bristol. Clayewater Homes have constructed the units for Curo Homes delivering much needed affordable rented properties.
