The COVID epidemic had a huge impact on our ability to network and meet with our amazing clients.
In recognition of this, LMA Housing Services arranged socially-distanced deliveries of COVID survival packs to our clients to help them through these times. We had feed back that these were very much appreciated and we are glad we could raise a smile!

Charitable Donations
LMA has supported a number of local charities and community activities recently.
Over 100 colleagues from across the affordable housing sector attended our annual networking event, kindly hosted by Harbour House in Bristol and jointly sponsored by CJH Land and Tremain Powell partnership.

We have worked with Crest Nicholson in the South West for many years but never in that time has anyone been quite as crazy as the current Development Director, Andrew Ball
Well done to Gloucester City Homes who have secured 40 additional affordable housing units from Crest Nicholson South West at Hunts Grove. Both Stroud District Council and Homes England have funded the units which are well under construction.
LMA were delighted to support our colleague Thea Gregory, Senior Land Manager at Barratt Homes when she asked if we would donate to Penny Brohn Cancer Care’s Long Table Lunch Charity Event. It gave us the opportunity to offer a stay at our favourite hotel in Malmesbury, The Old Bell. Sounds as if was a wonderful event…
Bristol City Council Mayor, Marvin Rees, attends the opening of 14 homes on Whitehall Road, Bristol. Clayewater Homes have constructed the units for Curo Homes delivering much needed affordable rented properties.
